Key Responsibilities:
Capacity Planning & Management:
- Develop and manage factory-wise capacity plans aligned with demand forecasts and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate vendor capacity, bottlenecks, and scalability for seasonal and long-term planning.
- Industrial Engineering (IE) & Efficiency & Costing & Should-Cost Analysis & Vendor & Manufacturing Excellence.
- Develop accurate should-cost models for apparel and footwear products.
- Challenge supplier costs with data-backed insights to support negotiations and margin targets.
- Track cost drivers and identify continuous cost-reduction opportunities.
- Champion adoption of digital costing tools, capacity dashboards, and AI-driven models.
- Improve transparency, standardization, and speed in costing and capacity reporting.
- Build strong MIS, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
