Job Purpose:
To lead and manage end-to-end sales admin, hospitality, and corporate travel operations, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, vendor management, cost optimization, and high service standards for employees, customers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel, hotel, taxi, and ticket bookings for employees, customers, and senior leadership.
- Plan and coordinate conferences, corporate events, meetings, off-sites, and large-scale travel requirements.
- Manage and evaluate vendors including hotels, travel agents, airlines, and transport partners; negotiate rates and SLAs.
- Monitor hospitality and travel budgets, drive cost optimization initiatives, and control expenses.
- Ensure strict adherence to company travel and hospitality policies and governance frameworks.
- Handle escalations and provide quick and effective resolution to travel- and stay-related issues.
- Maintain and analyse MIS, dashboards, and reports on travel spend, vendor performance, and utilization.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Field Sales, HR, Admin, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Mentor & guide junior team members to ensure operational efficiency, process adherence & service excellence.
- Continuously identify process improvements and implement best practices in hospitality and travel management.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online booking platforms
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and escalation-handling capability
- High efficiency in handling hotel, taxi, and ticket bookings at scale
Preferred Background:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or equivalent
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales admin, hospitality, or corporate travel management
Industry Preference:
- Candidates with present or past experience in Pharmaceutical companies will be given strong preference
- Experienced Female candidates will be preferred, in line with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Candidates with experience in corporate hospitality, travel management, sales admin, or large-scale event coordination roles are encouraged to apply
