
Description:
Campus Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement an annual campus hiring strategy aligned with business needs.
- Identify target universities/colleges based on talent requirements.
- Build campus hiring calendar and forecast hiring needs.
University Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
- Coordinate with campuses for pre-placement talks, events, competitions, and interviews.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at key academic forums.
Talent Acquisition & Selection
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews).
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain hiring conversion ratios: selection, offer, and joining.
Employer Branding on Campuses
- Plan and execute employer branding activities such as workshops, hackathons, seminars, and social media engagement.
- Strengthen organization presence across key campuses.
- Improve brand perception metrics among students.
Onboarding & Candidate Engagement
- Drive pre-joining engagement programs to ensure offer acceptance and reduce dropouts.
- Work with HR teams for smooth onboarding of campus hires.
- Track candidate satisfaction and joining ratios.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate databases of campus candidates and performance.
- Provide timely recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Track ROI of campus hiring events and strategies.
