The University Recruiter will be responsible for pipelining, assessing and hiring top tech talent for client. You will also be responsible for driving University Engagement with top Engineering &amp; B-Schools in India. You will be an client's Brand Ambassador at Campus Events creating a positive end to end experience for candidates. You will help drive and execute strategies to reach our business goals. Ultimately, you will generate a pipeline of top talent through many unique channels and strong partnerships. Success in this role is pipeline generation across a variety of unique sources, quality of candidates in the pipeline and creating an - awesome- experience for candidates. We are looking for someone who has passion for the University Space, wants to be bold in their ideas on how to deliver and win together as a team. You will have outstanding planning and execution, transparent communication and capable of problem solving. We are also looking for someone who wants to stay current in University best practices and is bench marketing with peers, students and professors. - Demonstrate your craft! Share success stories on how you drove awesome hiring outcomes around University Recruiting through various sources including online, career services, and events - Min. 5 years of successful recruiting experience preferably at Engg Schools - Additional experience of B-School hiring will be a differentiator - Strong network of university relationships and understanding of university recruiting process - Ability to travel as needed within India and work on location in Bangalore office - Excellent written and verbal communication - Able to present data and share insights, outcomes, current state on hiring and talent landscape - Experience recruiting and sourcing for roles of varying complexity - Expertise with market intelligence - Flexible, adaptive problem solver - Able to drive the recruiting process - Constant improvement through collaboration - Able to build strong partnerships and trust across internal and external teams - Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business
