
Campus Recruitment:
- Plan, execute, and manage campus hiring drives across targeted universities and institutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells, student bodies, and
academic institutions.
- Conduct pre-placement talks, assessments, group discussions, and interviews.
- Create and manage the campus hiring calendar in alignment with business needs.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Partner with hiring managers, interview panels, and business stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate documentation of candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
HR Operations:
- Collaborate with HR Ops team for smooth transition of selected candidates into the
organization.
- Track and maintain hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, recruitment guidelines, and data protection norms.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel reporting, and ATS tools.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills for campus engagement.
- Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition (campus recruitment experience preferred).
- Exposure to large-scale recruitment drives and candidate management systems is a plus.
