Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Campus Head - Data Centre Projects to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data-centre campus. The role will provide overall leadership across project execution, MEP delivery, commercial management, stakeholder engagement and operational readiness, while driving execution excellence across multiple project packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of the data-centre campus covering design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.

- Lead multiple large-scale MEP project packages, establishing governance around scope, schedule, cost, quality, EHS and interface management.

- Drive project profitability and cash flow through effective commercial controls, billing, collections, change management and claims resolution.

- Define execution strategy, staffing model and partner ecosystem; monitor productivity, resource deployment and critical-path recovery plans.

- Act as the senior client interface with developers, consultants, PMCs and end users, ensuring timely decision-making and customer satisfaction.

- Drive execution readiness for phased energisation, integrated testing, statutory approvals and final project close-out.

- Lead and mentor Project Directors and functional leaders, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial and project functions.

- Establish a high-performance, safety-driven and quality-focused execution culture across the campus.

Candidate Profile:

- 22 - 25 years of experience with a strong background in large-scale Data Centre - Mission-Critical - MEP - EPC projects.

- Proven track record of delivering multiple hyperscale or large mission-critical data-centre projects.

- Strong MEP/EPC execution experience with personal accountability for projects valued at 200 crore+.

- Deep expertise in project commercial management, contracts, cash flow, billing, claims and stakeholder management.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams in fast-track, highly governed project environments.

- Strong understanding of the data-centre project lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, integrated testing, energisation and handover.

- Excellent leadership, client management, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
