About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Hyderabad.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing impactful social media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

- Ad Management: Hands-on creation and meticulous management of various ad types, including Image/Video Ads, Carousel Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, and Catalog Sales Ads.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and apply optimization techniques to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Web Analytics & Reporting: Conduct in-depth website analysis using tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media traffic and conversions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, sales, and broader marketing teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.

- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed, insightful reports and professional presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate campaign results, trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- Budget Management: Manage and allocate social media campaign budgets efficiently to ensure optimal spend and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in social media campaign management and digital advertising.

- Platform Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, as well as campaign management on Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

- Advertising Expertise: Strong foundational and strategic understanding of various ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and their application across different campaign goals (e.g, reach, traffic, lead generation, sales).

- Analytics Proficiency: Proven experience with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, for measuring campaign impact and user behavior.

- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), PowerPoint (professional presentation creation), and Word.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.


Desired Skills (Great to have, but not mandatory)

- Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Familiarity with common Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
