About the Role :

- We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Campaign Manager to join our -growth marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about scaling B2C digital products through data-driven performance marketing and hands-on Google Ads campaign management.

- The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Google Ads ecosystems, campaign optimization, analytics, and automation, along with experience managing campaigns for B2C technology-driven products.

- You will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, campaign performance, and ROI optimization while collaborating closely with product, analytics, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Universal App Campaigns (UAC).

- Ensure accurate campaign implementation, ad trafficking, and tracking setup.

- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot technical or operational issues proactively.

- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation for optimal campaign performance.

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements.

- Conduct keyword analysis, bid adjustments, audience optimization, and creative performance analysis.

- Implement automation strategies using Google Scripts and automated rules to improve campaign efficiency.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

- Generate actionable insights and present performance reports to stakeholders.

- Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and user funnel performance.

- Ensure accurate campaign measurement and data integrity across platforms.

- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to tracking, ad delivery, tagging, and ad disapprovals.

- Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics tools for campaign implementation and tracking.

- Stay updated on platform changes, new ad products, and digital marketing best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and analytics teams to drive campaign success.

- Research competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Contribute ideas to improve acquisition funnels, campaign efficiency, and user growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads campaign management.

- Strong experience managing Search, Display, and/or Universal App Campaigns (UAC).

- Proven expertise in campaign setup, execution, optimization, reporting, and KPI tracking.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics.

- Experience working in B2C digital product companies or digital marketing agencies handling B2C tech product clients.

- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Stable career history with a minimum of 2 years in each role.

- Total years of experience should not exceed 6 years.

Important Candidate Criteria :

- Candidates must come from B2C technology-driven product environments where the core user experience is digital and product-led.

- Candidates from service-driven consumer businesses such as food delivery, ride-hailing, hyperlocal delivery, or e-commerce platforms will not be considered.

- Candidates from companies such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Ola, Uber, Zepto, and Zomato are not aligned with the requirement.
