Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in managing performance marketing in atleast 1 of Google ads campaigns (Search, Display, Universal App Campaigns UAC)
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with campaign setup, execution, daily optimization, reporting, and performance tracking across key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong technical skills including familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
Mandatory (Company): Must have worked at a B2C digital/tech product company or a digital marketing agency managing B2C digital/tech product clients
Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.
Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itselfnot from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).
Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if theres a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.

Role & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns. The individual in this role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring accurate delivery, and driving measurable performance across multiple digital channels.
- This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a meticulous approach to campaign management, and a deep understanding of Google Ads and the digital marketing ecosystem.
Campaign Setup and Management:
- The Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
- This involves structuring campaigns to align with business objectives, targeting the right audiences, and setting budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Attention to detail in ad copy, creative placement, and bidding strategies will be critical to campaign success.
Performance Optimization:
- A major focus of this role will be continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall Return on Investment (ROI).
- The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to refine targeting, adjust bids, and implement strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness while maintaining budget efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- The Campaign Manager will generate insightful, actionable reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations and strategies for improving campaign performance.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and presentation software is essential to ensure that insights are communicated clearly and impactfully.
A/B Testing:
- To maximize the effectiveness of campaigns, the Campaign Manager will conduct A/B tests on various elements such as ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- The insights derived from these tests will be used to continually enhance ad performance, increase conversions, and reduce wasted spend.
Technical Troubleshooting:
- The role requires hands-on technical expertise to identify and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, tracking, or ad disapprovals.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and troubleshooting scripts or tracking errors, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Automation & Tools:
- The Campaign Manager will leverage automation tools, including Google Scripts and rules, to reduce manual effort and improve campaign efficiency.
- Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is desirable for deeper insights and smarter decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations, with a focus on Google Ads and campaign management.
Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in HTML, JavaScript, SQL considered a plus.
