Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- The campaign manager is responsible for the technical implementation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.


- This role involves ad trafficking, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient campaign execution.


- The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Google Ads, and a meticulous approach to campaign management.

- Campaign Setup and Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, & UAC.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

- Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports to communicate actionables, campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.

- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery,tracking , and ad disapprovals.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to ensure campaign success.

- Competitor Research: Periodically monitor and evaluate competitor best practices to stay ahead and grow market share.

- Automation: Utilize Google Scripts/rules to automate repetitive tasks and optimize campaign management.

- Industry Trends: Stay ahead in the constantly evolving digital marketing landscape.

Ideal Candidate:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in digital ad operations with a focus on Google Ads.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, Google Analytics.

- Excellent at data handling and insight generation, proficiency in Excel & PPT.

- Strong technical skills. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL a plus.

- Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.

- Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing), Facebook, affiliate marketing a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
