Role Overview:

The Program Management Senior Analyst Campaign Manager is a seasoned professional role responsible for driving acquisition campaign performance across multiple channels within the BFSI domain. The role requires strong program management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to monitor performance, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions.

This position plays a key role in improving processes, enhancing workflows, and contributing to business objectives by applying in-depth subject matter and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily acquisition performance across multiple channels, including:

- Direct Mail

- E-mail

- Telesales

- Retail

- Analyze campaign and acquisition performance data to derive actionable insights

- Provide recommendations to adjust and optimize acquisition and campaign strategies based on performance trends

- Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to:

- Formulate conclusions

- Validate findings

- Develop recommendations for senior leadership

- Assist with monthly acquisition and marketing budget reconciliation against planned targets

- Track campaign performance against goals and identify variances

- Prepare and present performance metrics, insights, and progress updates to:

- Senior leadership

- Broader acquisitions and marketing teams

- Participate in and lead discussions during daily and weekly scrum meetings

- Manage and maintain multiple performance reports and dashboards with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Support continuous improvement of processes, reporting frameworks, and workflows

- Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with potential business impact and recommend appropriate actions

- Influence decisions by providing informed advice, insights, and facilitation within the area of specialization

- Assume formal or informal leadership responsibilities within the team as required

- Support coaching and training of new team members

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience & Domain Knowledge:

- 8-17 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Campaign Management, or Analytics roles

- Strong exposure to BFSI acquisition and marketing programs

- In-depth understanding of campaign performance management across multiple channels

- Ability to integrate subject matter expertise with industry knowledge

Analytical & Technical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to:

- Filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic data

- Interpret performance trends and business impact

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Working knowledge of Tableau for reporting and performance visualization

- Experience managing multiple spreadsheets and performance reports with precision

Program Management & Process Skills:

- Strong understanding of program and workflow management

- Ability to contribute to the development of new techniques and process improvements

- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and evaluating alternatives in complex situations

Communication & Leadership Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills

- Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through insights, advice, and recommendations

- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training junior team members

- Comfortable assuming leadership responsibilities within teams
