Description:
Responsibilities:
- Campaign management - Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end mobile app marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign components.
- Content development - Creation of marketing collateral, including product-related digital content, Push Notifications, Email campaigns, SMS and Social media posts, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, product development, and sales, to align campaign objectives and messaging with overall business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (MAU, Feature adoption %, Cross-sell % etc.) to measure effectiveness and ROI. Identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for innovation in marketing strategies.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the Fintech or Banking industry.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in driving campaigns for Payments, Lending, and Mobile banking apps would be good to have.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing and advertising
