Campaign Manager


Description: The Campaign Manager is a hands-on, execution-driven member of ITBDs Performance. Marketing team.


This role is responsible for building, launching, and optimizing multichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, Dripify, HubSpot, Google PPC, and content syndication platforms.

This individual will work closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing and collaborate with the Creative, Content, Sales, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned to ICP-specific messaging.

This is a doer-level roleideal for someone who loves operating platforms, testing, optimizing, and helping scale a high-velocity demand gen engine.


Qualifications & Skills:


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Execution (Primary Focus):


- Build and deploy campaigns across:

- LinkedIn Campaign Manager (ads + retargeting)

- Dripify outbound sequencing

- Content syndication partners

- Google Ads (brand, retargeting, keyword campaigns)

- HubSpot email + landing page campaigns

- Execute segmentation-based campaigns for A1, A2, A3 ICPs

- Set up UTM tracking, testing frameworks, and campaign naming conventions

- Coordinate with Creative to traffic assets into each platform


HubSpot Marketing Operations:


- Build HubSpot workflows, lists, emails, and landing pages

- Upload audience lists and maintain segmentation integrity

- Manage campaign settings, tracking, and QA

- Support HubSpot ABM programs under direction of Senior Manager


Optimization & Reporting:


- Monitor campaign performance daily

- Recommend optimization opportunities on:

- audiences

- copy & creatives

- bidding

- placements

- cadence sequencing

- Produce weekly performance reports and dashboards

- Track channel KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, MQLs)


Collaboration & Support:


- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing for priorities, QA, and iteration

- Collaborate with Creative on asset needs and timelines

- Support campaigns for:

- AI Accelerator

- AI Peer Groups

- TeamGPS

- Engineering Services

- Build IT Live & Industry events


Qualifications:


Must-Have:


- 2 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing or campaign execution experience

- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub

- Experience running LinkedIn Ads (setup + basic optimization)

- Experience with outbound automation tools (e.g., Dripify)

- Familiarity with Google Ads basics (keyword, retargeting)

- Ability to run campaigns end-to-end with strong QA habits

- Excellent English communication skills


Nice-to-Have:


- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or MSP ecosystem

- ABM experience (HubSpot ABM tools, account lists)

- Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, or reporting tools

- Basic graphic or content editing for quick test iterations
