About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Campaign Manager - Programmatic to lead our programmatic trading team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in programmatic media, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex, performance-driven campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). This role requires an MBA and 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, including mandatory team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of programmatic traders, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training on programmatic best practices and new platform features.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between the programmatic team and other departments (e.g., Client Services, Analytics) to improve overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across a multitude of DSPs, including but not limited to Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Yahoo, Hivestack, and Vistar Media.

- Develop, implement, and refine campaign strategy, execution, and optimization plans to consistently meet and exceed client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Proactively monitor campaign performance and implement sophisticated budget reallocation strategies across campaigns and DSPs to achieve KPIs, prevent overspending, and ensure efficient delivery.

- Utilize data and platform insights to drive performance, optimize toward various goals (e.g., brand awareness, conversions, ROAS), and ensure optimal reach.

Reporting, Forecasting, and Client Communication:

- Perform forecasting of campaign performance and provide data-backed budget allocation recommendations to the client service team.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations of campaign insights, results, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders for future optimizations and strategic planning.

- Assist in the creation of comprehensive strategic planning and briefing documents shared with clients, ensuring clarity and contributing to overall client satisfaction.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project tracking, reporting efforts, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Training & Project Management:

- Train and onboard team members on project management tools, documentation standards, and best practices for programmatic campaign execution.

- Ensure adherence to all internal process workflows and maintain high standards of operational excellence and data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Experience: 4-6 years of total professional experience in programmatic media and digital advertising.

Team Leadership: Mandatory team handling/management experience leading a group of programmatic traders or media buyers.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies and client-facing recommendations.

Skills and Competencies:

- Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including SSPs, DMPs, PMPs, and various targeting methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal teams and clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proactive, self-starter, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
