Marketing Automation Analyst - HubSpot (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Workflow Development: Design, build, and refine workflows that support both in-house and third party digital marketing campaigns.
2. Performance Analysis: Develop scorecards, reports, and dashboards of marketing KPIs to convey results to the management team and other stakeholders.
3. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, lead collection processes, email performance, and other campaign elements.
4. Database Management: Collaborate with the sales and BDR teams to ensure data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and audience analysis.
5. Tool Proficiency: Utilize and maintain a deep understanding of sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Slintel.
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and other functional areas, to set and drive campaign requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably in a SAAS environment, with a strong understanding of operations and analytics.
- Proven campaign management experience, including the ability to coordinate and drive requirements across multiple functional areas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing platforms, with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce being a must.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to extract meaningful insights from marketing KPIs.
