Responsibilities: - Own one or more aspects of customer retention, ranging from learning experience to supply management to internal team enablement - Leverage customer insights and organizational knowledge to build product roadmap, and align stakeholders on the same - Define metrics, deliver on roadmap, track outcomes and iterate to drive north star metrics Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, with minimum 1 year of B2C product management experience. - Post-graduates with intention to move to product management also welcome - Excellent problem solving ability and an analytical nature, able to quickly absorb and analyze unfamiliar information to make decisions that are supported by sound evidence. - Track record of having delivered complex initiatives on time, spanning multiple stakeholders
