Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital marketing team to achieve business and client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic consultation and support.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Develop and execute content strategies across web, social media, and other digital channels.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows for nurturing leads and enhancing engagement.
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead generation forms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Report campaign results and performance metrics to clients regularly.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in lead conversion, especially through voice-based engagement or calling.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and web analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
