Job Purpose : - To lead the PLS (Private Language School) &amp; Exams Segment on National Level. - PLS &amp; Exams is a part of the ELT (English Language Teaching) vertical of Cambridge University Press, India Job Responsibilities: - Consistently tapping new business opportunities from the market and drive the top-line &amp; bottom-line targets for PLS &amp; Exam segment of ELT Vertical. - Leading the Sales Team and support in converting prospective business by deploying various sales strategies - Ensuring maximum retention of the existing clients (including key &amp; large clients) through best customer retention strategies, effective liasioning and dedicated key account management. Also, working closely with clients to continuously propose effective solutions that aid in realisation of client's business objectives - Maintain excellent relationship with various internal departments like sales, finance, legal &amp; operations to ensure seamless customer service - Maintain regular communication and follow up with the customers to ensure timely collection and execution of business plans - Follow strong business ethics and compliance - Proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
