Calsoft - Manager - Finance

We are looking for someone to oversee the whole Accounts function in SAP such that we start doing timely monthly P&L closings, quarterly full closings etc happen.

The person needs to :

1) Have good understanding of accounts/ and related processes.

2) Understanding of how to work in cross functional roles required for ERP (as opposed to tally).

3) In order of preference SAP B1, SAP enterprise, Any other ERP.

4) Should be meticulous and detailed.

5) Maturity to manage the team of 4-5 accounts people who manage AR/AP/FA etc.

6) maturity to deal with other departments like Admin/HR/IT etc.

7) Should be independently responsible for monthly closures.

- Years of Experience - 10 plus years of experience.

- Team handling experience is a must accounting experience is a must We are seeking for candidates from medium-sized companies.

- Please do not share candidates who have experience in BPO.

- We're seeking for candidates from IT organisations.

- Who understands invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Qualification - CA / MBA.

Location - Pune (F2F interview mandatory).

Note :

- Must have worked on SAP-B1 / ERP module only.

- Mid-Size Org - (10001500 size employee strength).

- Turn over must in between 150-200 Cr (INR).

- Control Span - person must be reporting to finance head (directly).

- Industry - IT preferences / Manufacturing can also work.

- Personality type: Confident / Sincere /hard working.

- CA First or Second Attempt qualified candidates only.
