Role Summary:

Seasoned Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver operational projects across multiple processes and verticals in the US Healthcare RCM domain - spanning Operations, Client Services, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance - while driving operational excellence, communication, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop project charters, work plans, timelines, RAID logs, and communication plans.

- Track project performance against goals, deliverables, and KPIs.

- Maintain high-quality project documentation and version control.

- Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Client Services, Finance, Analytics, and other internal teams.

- Conduct stakeholder meetings, status updates, and project reviews with leadership.

- Proactively identify roadblocks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Partner with business owners to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and summaries; ensure transparency across stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and standardize workflows.

- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies where applicable.

- Support development of PMO templates, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Project Management:

- Full lifecycle delivery across ~40 active initiatives with charters, RAID logs, and KPIs.

2. RCM Domain:

- Knowledge of RCM processes, workflows, and performance metrics in US Healthcare.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Coordination across Operations, Technology, Client Services, Finance, and Analytics.

5. Process Improvement:

- Lean / Six Sigma, PMO templates, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Desired Profile:

- Around 12+ years of experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability.

- Proven ability to prepare executive-level reporting and lead reviews with leadership.
