Job Purpose Statement : - Deliver business targets, service goals and people development. Duties & Responsibilities : - Manage operations, risk, compliances directly and manage infrastructure, technology, and people in coordination with Head Office departments. - Ensure implementation of organizational initiatives for business, operations, and people at the call centre. - Liaison with HO teams to ensure appropriate delivery of customer service and grievance handling. - Managing Call Centre Vendor and Team. - Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.) - Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.). - Oversee the budget plans and track expenses of the call center. - Ensure that all employees adhere to the company policies and regulations. - Presents monthly and annual Call Centre action plans and objectives.
