Calderys - Deputy Manager - Quality Product Control

Responsibilities:

- Developing a safe working environment.

- Quality control of processes and products.

- Planning and execution of developmental work.

- Planning and execution of cost reduction of products.

- Handling inspection of finished goods.

- Control on incoming raw materials and timely evaluation.

- Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.

- Reduction in quality complaints of products.

- Customization of products.

- Customer/ supplier visit.

- Adherence to ISO, QMS and Calderys systems.

- Coordination with Marketing / R & D / Project /Application and Supply Chain.

- Training subordinates and monitoring their performance.

Essential:

- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and protocols relevant to refractory manufacturing.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with refractory testing and characterization techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication.

- Understanding of mineralogy, crystallography, and phase diagrams.

- Knowledge of refractory propertyperformance correlation and installation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with testing and characterization tools used in refractory quality assessment.

- Leadership qualities, including team-building and cross-functional coordination.

- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
