Responsibilities:
- Developing a safe working environment.

- Knowledge of refractory propertyperformance correlation and installation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with testing and characterization tools used in refractory quality assessment.
- Leadership qualities, including team-building and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
