We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in handling end-to-end sales. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to customer success. Prior experience in handling fashion sales or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.

You will play a key role in expanding Caimera's presence in the market and building long-term customer relationships.

What will you do everyday?

- Identify, research, and target potential clients through outbound and inbound channels.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities.

- Manage the full sales cycle independently: discovery calls, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

- Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning

- Bonus: Experience in fashion-related sales is a plus.

- Manage and engage with clients from the UK/US region, ensuring smooth communication and relationship building.

Mandatory Skills required to apply for this role:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, fashion, or SaaS/technology sales.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles with measurable results.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to connect with leadership-level stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director).

- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

- High ownership, self-motivation, and goal-driven approach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
