The Challenge:
We aren't looking for a "manager" to maintain a website. We are looking for a Growth Visionary who has already "been there and done that." If you have scaled a brand on Shopify from zero to a 100 Cr+ or 500 Cr+ revenue powerhouse and have a blueprint for global expansion, we want to talk.
Your mission: Expand Cafe Desire's Sales in US, Europe, GCC and other global markets via Shopify and build an automated, high-velocity revenue engine that runs 24/7.
What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities)
Full P&L Ownership:
- Own the global revenue targets for the Shopify vertical. You are responsible for the bottom line, not just "traffic."
Global Store Architecture:
- Lead the setup and scaling of localized Shopify stores across multiple international geographies (US, UK, GCC, etc.).
Sales Automation:
- Build a tech stack that enables "automated sales"-from high-converting landing pages to AI-driven retention and upsell flows.
Performance Marketing Strategy:
- Direct the ad-spend strategy (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok) to ensure aggressive scaling with a healthy ROAS.
Conversion Rate Mastery (CRO):
- Use data-driven insights to engineer a checkout experience so seamless that it maximizes Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).
Team Building:
- Identify, hire, and lead a world-class team of performance marketers, content creators, and data analysts once you understand the business. Until then prove your capability.
Data & MIS:
- Build advanced dashboards to track real-time metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, Churn) and make pivots within hours, not weeks.
International Logistics Alignment:
- Work with the SCM team to ensure the Shopify storefront accurately reflects global inventory and shipping timelines.
App & Tech Integration:
- Curate a "Best-in-Class" Shopify app ecosystem (Subscriptions, Loyalty, Reviews, Headless Commerce) to drive stickiness.
Global Brand Positioning:
- Ensure the digital storefront resonates with the premium expectations of international coffee connoisseurs.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
The "Been There" Factor:
- Proven track record of scaling a brand on Shopify to 500 Cr (or significant multi-million dollar) revenue levels.
International Experience:
- Hands-on experience scaling brands in the US/Global markets is a Plus.
Sales Specialist:
- You are a Sales Leader who uses Shopify as your weapon. You are NOT a developer.
Performance Marketing Expert:
- Deep understanding of the "Ads to Shopify" funnel. You know exactly how to spend $1 to make $5.
Analytical Rigor:
- You live in Google Analytics 4, TripleWhale, or Northbeam. You make decisions based on cohorts, not feelings.
Automation Mindset:
- You know how to use Klaviyo, ReCharge, and Attentive to automate 30%+ of revenue through retention.
Leadership:
- Experience managing high-performance growth teams and external agencies.
Agility:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where the goal is 10x growth, not 10% growth.
Tech Savvy:
- You know the Shopify ecosystem inside out-from Liquid limitations to the best Headless Commerce setups.
Uncompromising Quality:
- A portfolio that shows you understand premium branding and high-converting aesthetics.
Success Metrics:
- Net Revenue Growth (Month-on-Month).
- Conversion Rate (CVR) improvement across the store.
- Average Order Value (AOV) increase through effective bundling/upselling.
