We are looking for a Strategic CFO to lead our transition from a successful private enterprise to a Publicly Listed Company. Your mission is to engineer our financial strategy, optimize our margins, and steer the organization toward its eventual IPO.

What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities)

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

Growth Roadmap: Partner with the Founder to define and execute the 3-5 year financial roadmap for domestic and international expansion.

Capital Allocation: Advise on high-ROI investments, whether in infrastructure, new product lines, or international market entry.

Corporate Governance: Elevate the company's governance standards to meet the rigorous requirements of institutional investors and stock exchanges.

2. Profitability & Margin Engineering

Overhead Optimization: Conduct a deep-dive audit of infrastructural and operational costs to eliminate inefficiencies and lean out the organization.

NPM Expansion: Drive initiatives to increase the Net Profit Margin (NPM) through sophisticated cost-control, procurement strategies, and pricing optimizations.

EBITDA Focus: Shift the internal culture from "Revenue Tracking" to "EBITDA Maximization" across all business verticals.

3. IPO Stewardship & Listing Readiness

Public Market Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end process of preparing the company for an IPO (Initial Public Offering).

Equity Structuring: Manage capital structure, valuation exercises, and potential pre-IPO funding rounds if required.

Compliance Evolution: Transition the current accounting standards to Ind-AS and ensure all statutory filings are "Listing-Ready" at any given moment.

4. Advanced Financial MIS & Analytics

Predictive Modeling: Move beyond historical reporting to predictive financial modeling and "What-If" scenario planning.

Business Intelligence: Implement advanced BI tools to provide real-time visibility into the financial health of international subsidiaries and franchises.

5. Banking & Stakeholder Relations

Institutional Networking: Build and maintain relationships with Investment Bankers, Merchant Bankers, and Institutional Investors.

Treasury Management: Optimize the management of our debt-free reserves to ensure maximum yield on idle funds.

Ideal Candidate (Requirements)

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a Tier-1 institute (IIM/ISB).

Proven Track Record: At least 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a listed company or an organization that successfully transitioned to an IPO.

The "Value Creator" Mindset: Demonstrated experience in reducing operational costs and significantly increasing NPM in previous roles.

Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, Product-based Manufacturing, or high-growth Consumer Brands is highly preferred.

Strategic Maturity: Ability to look beyond the Balance Sheet to see the "Business Story" and advise the Founder on strategic pivots.

Integrity: Unshakeable ethics, managing the transition from a bootstrapped mindset to institutional transparency.

Success Metrics

Margin Growth: Measurable increase in Net Profit Margin (NPM) within 18-24 months.

Cost Savings: Percentage reduction in infrastructural and overhead costs without affecting growth.

IPO Readiness Score: Successful implementation of governance, compliance, and reporting structures required for listing.
