Role Summary:

As a Zone Business Manager (ZBM) at Café Coffee Day, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, performance, and profitability of multiple café outlets across a defined zone. Youll drive excellence through strategic planning, team leadership, operational execution, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and drive business KPIs: sales, profitability, footfall, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure high operational standards across all outlets hygiene, quality, service, and ambiance.

- Drive local marketing, promotions, and business development to increase visibility and revenue.

- Analyze zone-level performance trends and take corrective actions.

- Oversee manpower planning, training, and development for the zone.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing.

- Expand and support new store openings within the zone.

What Were Looking For:

- 812 years of experience in retail or food service industry, with at least 3 years in multi-unit leadership.

- Proven track record of handling 40100 outlets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and decision-making ability.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment.
