Responsibilities: Data Collection and Management: - Collect and organize HR data from various sources, such as employee databases, performance reviews, surveys, and other relevant systems. - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to create a reliable database for analysis. Data Analysis: - Utilize statistical techniques and tools to analyze HR data and extract meaningful insights. - Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to provide valuable information for decision-making. Predictive Analytics: - Use predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends related to workforce planning, employee turnover, and other HR-related metrics. - Provide insights to help HR and organizational leaders make proactive decisions. Benchmarking: - Compare HR metrics and performance against industry benchmarks and best practices. - Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance HR effectiveness. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and generate regular reports on key HR metrics for stakeholders and ad hoc reports on HR metrics. Use data visualization tools to create dashboards that present complex HR data in an understandable and actionable format. Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning by analyzing current and future staffing needs based on organizational goals. Provide insights into talent gaps and help develop strategies for recruitment, training, and development. Employee Engagement and Retention: - Analyze data to assess employee engagement levels and identify factors influencing retention. - Recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Compliance and Risk Management: - Monitor HR data for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Identify and address potential risks related to HR practices and policies. System Administration: - Oversee the administration and configuration of HR information systems. - Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT to implement solutions. - Stay updated on system upgrades and enhancements. - Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to understand their analytical needs and provide timely and accurate reports and analysis Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast workforce trends and support strategic workforce planning initiatives Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related - 2 to 3 years , 1+ Years - experience in FMCG/Retail chains - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Proficiency in HRIS software and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy - Experience in MS Office, Excel, PPT, Outlook
