



Major Purpose of the Job:
- HR system Implementation spanning entire employee lifecycle
- Process design and translation to system requirements
- Project management for implementation of various systems
- System management and troubleshooting post implementation
- Provide SME support for employee lifecycle processes and system processes
- Maintain and enhance existing systems and processes
- Manage entire payment process for vendors
Principal Accountabilities:
- System Implementation within defined timelines
- System upkeep and maintenance for smooth functioning of teams dependent on the same
- Manage Vendors for continuous support, troubleshooting and further developments
Professional Qualifications: MBA (HR and Finance)
