Job Summary:

The HR IT will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies. This role will focus on resolving employee queries, managing tickets, assisting in system implementations, and ensuring smooth functioning of HR applications. The Executive will work closely with HR teams and vendors to maintain system efficiency, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Support:


- Provide first-level support for HR systems such as Uknowva, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), Phyzii, etc.

- Resolve employee queries and troubleshoot system-related issues in a timely manner.

- Manage daily ticketing operations, ensuring proper documentation and closure.

- Assist in maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems.

- Support HR staff with system navigation, usage, and training.

- Implementation Assistance


- Assist in HR IT projects including system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.

- Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities under guidance of senior HR IT managers.

- Document processes, workflows, and user guides for HR systems.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.

Vendor Coordination:


- Coordinate with HR IT vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely support.

- Track and report open issues with vendors for resolution.

- Support monitoring of vendor service delivery against agreed SLAs.

- Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

- Assist in developing automated workflows and self-service tools to reduce manual effort.

- Provide inputs on new HR technologies and enhancements to improve employee experience.

Data & Reporting:


- Generate routine HR reports and dashboards for HR teams.

- Ensure accuracy of HR data and compliance with company policies.

- Support analysis of HR data to highlight trends and operational issues.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, and other HR functions to address system-related needs.

- Partner with IT teams for smooth integration of HR systems with enterprise applications.

- Communicate effectively with employees and HR stakeholders to resolve queries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in HR IT or HRIS support.

- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Uknowva, UKG, Phyzii (or similar).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in ticket management systems and query resolution.

- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

- HRIT-related certifications (e.g., HRIP, HRIS administration).

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
