Responsibilities - SCM COE (Center of Excellence):
- Establish and lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Center of Excellence (COE), driving standardized processes, governance frameworks, and best practices across plants and markets.
- Define, track, and continuously improve key SCM performance indicators (KPIs) through robust dashboards and analytics.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Enhance supply chain performance by improving forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer service levels.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SCM COE team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs, capability-building initiatives, and knowledge management frameworks across supply chain functions.
- Partner with IT to implement, upgrade, and optimize ERP systems (SAP SCM modules) to support business needs.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
