CA Monk - Vice President - Investment Banking

Hyderabad | Bank / NBFC / Fund - Real Estate Sector.

We are hiring an Investment Banker - Real Estate Financing for a high-growth financial advisory & investment platform.

This is a leadership role with full P&L responsibility, offering faster career progression compared to traditional banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and source real estate financing deals across syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy.

- Manage transactions from origination to closure, including due diligence and documentation.

- Lead and mentor the buy-side team, ensuring high-quality deliverables (IMs, financial models, presentations, market analysis).

- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.

- Provide feedback on transaction documents and negotiate key commercial terms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 4-14 years with Bank/NBFC/AIF in Real Estate financing, or SME/Mid-market wholesale banking.

- Education: MBA/Management qualification from a top-tier institute.
