With a primary focus on the Real Estate sector, we also cater to SME/Mid-Market clients across all industries. Our leadership team is comprised of senior professionals with decades of experience in real estate financing and investment banking.
We offer a comprehensive suite of services:
Real Estate Division: Debt/Equity Syndication, Land Intermediation, Strategy Advisory, Asset Management
SME/Mid-Market Division: Working Capital & Term Loan Syndication, Structured Finance, Corporate Advisory, Equity Capital Raise
The firm is currently in an expansion phase and is gearing up to launch a lending-focused fintech platform targeting mid-market and SME clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Originate and structure investment banking transactions on the buy side in the real estate sector
2. Identify and acquire new clients for funding and advisory mandates
3. Manage existing key accounts to generate new business and referrals
4. Stay updated on market trends in real estate funding and wholesale lending
5. Participate in mandate discussions, negotiate term sheets, and structure deals end-to-end
6. Collaborate with sell-side counterparts for successful transaction closure
7. Prepare and review investor collaterals such as pitch books, investment memos, and financial models
8. Conduct detailed analysis of proposals across funding, land deals, strategy, and asset management opportunities
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
1. 3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate financing with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, HFCs, RE Funds, or IPCs
2. Alternatively, experience in SME/Mid-Market lending/advisory with a proven track record
3. MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institutions preferred
4. Strong network in the developer and fund ecosystem
5. Exposure to the complete deal cycle (from origination to closure)

2. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
3. High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
4. Multitasking and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
5. Knowledge of local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus
