Position: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

Responsible for monthly/quarterly MIS closing, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and business insights for management, ensuring accurate reporting of business performance and driving strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly/quarterly MIS closure, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.

2. Prepare management review decks and reports for the global FP&A team.

3. Consolidate and review annual budgets across multiple verticals & countries.

4. Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.

5. Partner with business teams for financial insights and decision-making support.

6. Support in ROI, NPV, and business case analysis for strategic projects.

7. Work on Hyperion/Smart View for reporting and analysis.

Candidate Profile:

1. Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience, including strong FP&A exposure in a global MNC setup.

2. Experience in multi-country operations (100+ entities preferred).

3. Expertise in MIS design, forecasting, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reporting.

4. Strong data analytics, business partnering, and presentation skills.

5. Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; Hyperion/Oracle experience preferred.
