Bzaar's sourcing vertical is enabling critical behavioural change in the sourcing industry to deliver three important value propositions a) On time delivery b) Process standardisation and 100% Quality check c) Design Innovatio About the Role: - The person has to own delivery of goods bought by the buyer either by buyer's forwarding agent or bzaar's forwarding agent - Should be an expert in customs clearance - Has to manage 3PL relationships and figure out new 3PL's - Has to manage on ground logistics in India - Has to manage on ground logistics in India - The person should have deep knowledge of India US cross border logistics - The person has to drive costings ( FOB and DDP) along with merchandisers - Added advantage of the person is able to redesign India US supply chain Required: - The person has to be from buying houses ( Triburg, Li & Fung, new age buying houses) having spent 6+ years in India US cross border movement. - Should have deep relations with Ocean and Air 3PL's and forwarding agents. - The person needs to be good in costings and excel - Stakeholder management is an important skill the person should have. - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Successful track record, a strong eye for details - Should be able to hustle - Should be a logical thinker Role requires frequent travel to vendor factories
