BXI Technologies is seeking a dynamic and visionary Sales Head to lead our sales strategy across cutting-edge domains including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market approach, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services.

- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, positioning BXI as a trusted digital transformation partner.

- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with client needs and industry trends.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions tailored to client challenges.

- Drive strategic alliances with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity vendors.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies including Gen AI, Blockchain, and Zero Trust Security to provide thought leadership.

- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Represent BXI Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10- 25 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.

- Strong understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, AI applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.

- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology trends into business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling Gen AI, Blockchain, and advanced cybersecurity solutions.

- Established network within enterprise IT and decision-makers.

- MBA or equivalent business/technical degree is a plus.
