Division: Procurement/ Operations Key Deliverables of the Role: - Sourcing for Honey category at the right price through effective vendor management and following organization laid down procedures to achieve competitive edge. - Enabling Sales by ensuring Material availability to internal & external customers of planned & unplanned demand thru material planning as per desired inventory norms set by organization to achieve competitive edge - Ensuring Business Continuity thru Value chain dominance (upstream sourcing, disintermediation), Supply Risk mitigation (Alternate Vendor development, Strategic relationships, Exploring substitutes) and Sustainable sourcing. - Drive excellence in procurement through various strategic initiatives. - To support various NPD initiatives in relevant work area through effective & timely sourcing of materials/vendors & ensuring availability of materials during commercial production of NPDs - Improving Transaction Productivity thru redesigning the Procurement related process to improve speed, accuracy, reduce resource usage by introducing algorithmic thinking & making them touch-free. - Providing actionable & accurate business intelligence in VUCA environment thru analysing & forecasting (supply, demand, forex) for delivering accurate budget & rolling forecast. - Maximize Byproduct Realisation Critical Competencies - High level of business acumen & analytical skills - Sound knowledge of procurement processes - Customer centricity - Negotiation skills Qualification & Experience - MBA from Premier Institute like IIM, NITIE, S P Jain, IIT etc - Minimum 2-4 years prior experience - Similar Category experience desirable Growth Path & Future - Multi-domain exposure across Operations to gain holistic exposure
