About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Buying Head to lead the end-to-end buying, assortment planning and vendor management for the Women's Western Wear category.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

- Lead the end-to-end buying function for the Women's Western Wear category.

- Drive trend forecasting and translate consumer trends into relevant product assortments.

- Develop and manage OTB plans aligned with business and category objectives.

- Lead assortment planning across products, categories and price points.

- Optimize product margins and ensure commercial performance of the category.

- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations and commercial terms.

- Monitor consumer trends, product mix, pricing and category performance.

- Collaborate closely with Design, Production, Sourcing and Retail teams for seamless execution.

- Drive buying decisions based on market trends, consumer preferences and business performance.

- Take ownership of the overall buying strategy and performance for the Women's Western Wear category.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Buying Head / Senior Buyer within leading Women's Western Wear brands.

- Strong expertise in Trend Forecasting, OTB Planning, Assortment Planning and Margin Optimization.

- Proven expertise in Vendor Management and Negotiation.

- Strong understanding of consumer trends, product mix, pricing and commercial performance.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Production, Sourcing and Retail teams.

- Extensive experience with Women's Western Wear brands is mandatory
