Buyer - Ethnic Wear

Job responsibilities:

Looking for Buyer for ethnic wear, womens wear, good knowledge on open costing is must.

Revenue and Profitability Retail Store:

- Implement pricing strategies, discount time to time and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales and margins, discounts, marketing, given relevant stock as per store and area, buying as per trend and making reports.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and market share. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and course correction.

Vendor Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing if required to ensure favorable conditions for the company.

Logistic Management:

- Responsible for sending the stock to the store and replenishment of the fast-selling stock.

Inventory Management:

- Work closely with inventory planning and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory.
