You will be responsible for Customer Renewal / Upgrade by managing the complete lifecycle of customers (from onboarding to user activation to renewal / upgrade). Since we have a channel network, you will work with partners across India and ensure that our goals are achieved. You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful servicing engine alongside a fast-growing team. 1. Retention Strategy and Execution: Identify, develop processes, plan & execute for growth of the following - - Renewal / Upgrade% of Channel Partners Achieving Their Renewal Upgrade Targets - Cost Per Renewal / Upgrade 2. Data Orientation: - Simplify user data to create actionable insights for personalized experiences. - Harness the power of data to identify actionable insights, proactively address customer churn, and capitalize on missed upsell opportunities 3. Revenue Innovation: - Develop and optimize alternate revenue channels to enhance the customer lifecycle. - Drive monthly GMV growth through innovative strategies and effective channel management. 4. Brand Awareness: - Implement loyalty point system to improve ROI. - Monitor and analyze program performance to enhance user engagement. - Lead multi-channel lifecycle marketing to drive awareness and conversion across business verticals 5.
