Busy Infotech - Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

You will be part of the financial reporting & Analysis team, responsible for the accurate and timely financial reporting & Analysis of the Financial performance of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Close monthly and quarterly financials in compliance with Ind AS.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.

- Lead preparation of quarterly financial statements and perform variance analysis.

- Present financial results to the CFO & CEO and prepare Board presentations.

- Manage and coordinate Internal and Statutory Audits.

- Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) through process documentation and policy development.

- Identify and prioritize automation of repetitive finance processes.

- Analyze the impact of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements on the business

Required Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

- Minimum 1 year experience with a large audit firm / Big 4.

- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS reporting.

- Proficient in Excel and financial presentations.

- Industry exposure to Telecom, E-commerce, or Retail is preferred

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a system-first approach to work
