Busy Infotech - Product Manager

- Meet customers to understand the challenges and identify product requirements

- Evaluate existing products building features & functionality benchmark

- Defining and scoping projects with clear, prioritised requirements

- Building detailed workflows, mock-ups that explain the product requirements clearly and work with the development team to deliver a successful finished product

- Driving user workflow for user experience, review and clarification sessions with software and quality engineering teams

- Track usage & technical parameters to prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly MIS and analyse the same to take decisions related to development, usage & marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

- Good communication & documentation skills along with knowledge of product strategy

- Deep, holistic understanding of the business & desktop user experience (e.g. technology, user behaviour)

- Analytical and first principles thinking skills
