- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solution Consulting Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing Group in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong experience in solution consulting and presales within the BFSI domain, who is passionate about solving complex business problems through technology-led solutions.

- In this role, you will be responsible for product and solution consulting for BFSI prospects, supporting the sales team across the sales lifecycle and contributing to overall business growth. You will take ownership of soft revenue targets, manage RFPs/RFIs, and ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant responses by incorporating market and customer insights.

- You will lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs. Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to identify business pain points and ensure solutions align with project and customer expectations.

- The role involves delivering compelling solution presentations, feasibility assessments, and extending presales and sales consulting support across regions. You will also guide presales and sales teams in demo creation, management, and enhancement, while continuously providing customer feedback to influence product improvements.

- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, proven experience in delivering CRM or banking solutions, and hands-on presales exposure in BFSI-focused CRM or banking applications. A strong understanding of both technology and commercial aspects, stakeholder management, and the ability to articulate a clear value proposition to business, technical, and leadership audiences is essential.

- This role requires a high level of result orientation, adaptability in customer engagements, and willingness to travel across MEA, SEA, and SAARC regions for discovery and consulting assignments.
