- We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist who will manage and streamline end-to-end HR operational processes for our growing SaaS organization.
- The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, exceptional stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Required Skills:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update HRIS data, employee records, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, transfer, experience, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, variable inputs).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Oversee statutory compliance documentation and audit support.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards.
