- We are seeking a data-driven Business Operations Analyst - RevOps to support global operations and enable revenue growth through process excellence, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will play a critical part in aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- You will own end-to-end revenue operations workstreams, supporting GTM planning, territory design, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking. The role involves defining and optimizing lead-to-cash processes, ensuring pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and strong governance across CRM and RevTech systems.
- You will manage and enhance the GTM technology stack (CRM and analytics tools), identify automation opportunities, and deliver actionable dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will translate data into recommendations that improve pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and retention.
- The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in SaaS/B2B RevOps or Sales Strategy, hands-on CRM exposure, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and passion for operational excellence are key to success in this role.
