Business Valuations - Mumbai (3-5 Years) Looking for candidate working in client facing role having expertise in financial modelling working in Business Valuations services role. Responsibilities : - Providing valuation services to client for variety of purposes - Building financial models as per business and industry dynamics - Using various valuation techniques like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Market comparable approach etc - Identifying Comparable companies and compute multiples and benchmarking with peers to compare growth and profitability - Conducting valuation of client portfolios including loans, equities, NCDs, CCPS, OCPS, derivatives, AIFs etc - Analysis of business and its instruments, credit quality, cash flows, discounting rate and covenant monitoring - Assessing expected credit loss (ECL) for recovery estimation for defaulted exposures Requirements : - Relevant experience in financial advisory services primarily in the areas of business valuation, intangible asset valuation, cheap stock options valuation for VC backed companies/ ESOP valuation will be advantage - In-depth knowledge and experience in building and reviewing financial models based on specific business situations - Sound knowledge of Accounting and Corporate finance concepts - Knowledge of utilizing databases such as Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc. is a must What's in it for you? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company - Liaise extensively with stakeholders - An opportunity to work with a blue-chip firm in a high visibility role
