Job Title: Business Valuation - 409A

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced valuation professional to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end valuation engagements. You will manage a small team, work directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation and consulting deliverables.

What You Will Do:

- Plan, organize, and manage valuation engagements from start to finish

- Lead a small engagement team, staying accountable for daily progress and reporting to senior leadership

- Own the quality control and accuracy of all client deliverables

- Manage multiple valuation and consulting engagements simultaneously

- Write detailed, complex valuation reports with clear analyses and conclusions

- Collaborate closely with the engagement team and contribute positively to our culture

- Mentor and train analysts and associates on the team

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

- MBA from a premier business school

- MS in Finance, CA, and/or CFA is a plus

- CVA, ASA, and/or ABV certifications preferred

Experience:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in valuation and/or consulting

- Prior experience at a Big Four valuation practice or a leading valuation firm preferred

- Strong communication skills - comfortable working with team members, seniors, and clients

- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
