Our client, a leading IT solutions provider with a strong presence in government and PSU domains, is hiring BU Sales Heads to lead business growth across three specialized verticals - Power & Utility, Cloud Solutions, and Traffic & Highway Solutions. Candidates with proven experience in any one of these domains are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales strategy, business development, and account management within the chosen vertical. - Build strong CXO-level relationships with government agencies, PSUs, and sector-specific decision-makers. - Identify opportunities, manage RFPs, and lead large-scale IT solution deal closures. - Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and pre-sales teams to ensure successful execution of projects. - Achieve revenue and profitability targets while expanding market presence. - Stay updated with sector-specific policies, procurement norms, and technology trends. Required Experience - 12+ years of IT sales experience in any one of the following domains: Power & Utility: Experience with state electricity boards, energy management, or smart grid solutions. Cloud Solutions: Proven expertise in cloud adoption and services sales for government/PSU clients. Traffic & Highway Solutions: Background in intelligent transport systems, traffic management, or highway digital solutions. - Strong understanding of government procurement processes and ability to navigate complex sales cycles. - Demonstrated success in closing high-value IT contracts in respective verticals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
