Team size to manage: 2-4
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking exceptional Business Unit Sales heads, one for each Business unit: Public Safety Cities/Utilities/Transport Infra/Industrial Automation. This is a Pan India sales role to drive our domestic business growth. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role responsible for owning the complete sales lifecycle and leading a high-performing field sales team.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution: Own complete pipeline starting from top of the funnel to Sales closure (number driven) to invoicing and collection in the respective Business Units
2. Meet sales targets: Minimum closure of $1.5-2Mn sales quota handling expected, with a QoQ and YoY targets, with a team of 2-4 field sales people (SDRs) reporting to the lead
3. Drive business expansion: own new business, upsell and cross sell and manage new channel partnerships for the segment (with consulting firms, ecosystem software and hardware)
4. Execute Consultative sales: Ability to understand and explain modern AI technology to the customers and manage various stakeholders within the enterprise
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience of selling software (enterprise applications) to B2B/B2B2B/B2G/B2B2G customers in India
2. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience with minimum of 3 years of B2B SAAS sales
3. Candidate should demonstrate experience in senior internal and external stakeholder management
4. Candidate should have a deep understanding of technical and consultative sales process
5. Candidate should have excellent regular and technical communication (oral and written)
6. Team management experience is a plus point
