Business Unit Head - Travel & Hospitality

Role: Business Unit Head (Travel & Hospitality).

Location: Bangalore/Kolkata.

Budget: 70LPA.

Experience: 20+ years.

Work-mode: On-site, Full-time.

Qualifications:

- 20+ years overall experience, least 10 years in Hospitality and/ or Travel Industry domain.

- Experiences in delivery and growth of $15M+ ACV portfolio.

- Exposure to North America and UK/ Europe geographies.

- Specialization/ depth in any one or more Hospitality and/ or Travel portfolio areas like PMS, CRS, POS, Distribution, CRM/ CDP, Loyalty, Digital.

Growth orientation:

- Anchored new growth opportunities, driven solutions as part of growth opportunities amounting to single deal TCV of $5M+.

- Nurtured new growth opportunities, built GTM approach, and developed winning solutions to close on opportunities.

- Proven experience in proposal presentation and defense.

- Exposure in dealing with and managing partnerships.

- Ability to visualize, define disruptive business and delivery models using automation and AI.

- Experience in running workshops with diverse client and provider communities.

Delivery orientation:

- Managed distributed team of 200+ across geographies/ regions.

- Proven background in handling customers directly as part of ongoing delivery.

- Proven experience in service modernization in existing delivery tracks,and driving delivery transformation using automation and AI.

- Managing delivery discipline, talent supply chain and operations.

- Built and nurtured winning teams, experience in delivering business outcomes.

Certifications:

- Agile/ SAFe/ PMP certifications in project management/ product management.

- Cloud/ AI or GenAI certifications will be an added plus.
