Business Unit Head - Services Segment - Industrial Components/Customized Machineries

Role: Business Unit Head - Service

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanial)

Job Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. To focus on growth (27% YOY), PBT (40% growth YOY), ROCE of minimum 40% and FCF / PAT of minimum 65%.

2. To focus on New Product Development / Market expansion to achieve 40% sales from new customers / New products, to work for exports growth 30% in next 3 Yrs

3. To Focus on Quality engagement of Key customers (70% business) with minimum 85% OTIF. To achieve uniform despatch of atleast 60% of the working days (monthly plan / 26) - Minimum 15 days in a month

4. To motivate, reward & recognise and engage employees continually and create a high performance work culture and to enhance the Employee Engagement score by 10% YOY. To set a clear SLA for each activity and improve 10% YoY.

5. Organize leadership development and coaching initiatives to the team to enable them succeed in their roles; provide the best-in-class facilities to train them well in the modern manufacturing systems and techniques in order to enable them in achieving the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and within specified timelines; Create Future Leaders as part of succession planning

6. To focus on Safety, 5S, Lean manufacturing and achieve Zero accidents and maintain RM > 90 days, WIP >60 days and FG>30 days to be Zero

7. Identify, map and create strategic alliances with overseas partners for technology upgradation by understanding customer needs, domestic/global trends in the power transmission industry to meet market demand in a timely and cost effective manner.
